OK folks, here are the stats...

There is absolutely NO stretching of the neck! Because the brass rings (it's actually one continuous wire wrapped around the neck) is so damn heavy (fFor this woman, her brass weighs close to 30lbs (14kilo) it actually pushes down on her collar bones and rib cage, which makes her neck 'look' longer. There is no actual elongation. X-Rays confirm this.

Although painful, if she were to remove the rings, her body shape would return to normal after a period of time.

Someone please post the next question!

Mitzvah is just a Hebrew word meaning "commandment." I mistakenly posted using the word Mitzvot, which is plural, but have corrected the post.
