Yes, I let it get cold, my coffee. One cup lasts me from 7.00 till about 15.00 hours

Third cup of Rooibos Mirabelle Cream. I'm thinking about getting a teapot at work, so I can make a larger amount of tea in the morning and don't have to run back and forth to the machine all day long.

It's not really what you drink, but how much you drink. If I don't drink enough during the day, I get terrible dehydration headaches. And they usually last the rest of the day!

But now I remember we talked about this before, and you made an effort to drink more water. You hated it. So enjoy your coffee

I don't see why drinking one cup of cold coffee would give you a headache. I would understand the logic if you went from drinking five cups of any caffeinated beverage a day to one cup but not milking one cup of cold coffee.

Iridal, you could always get a hot cup and let it cool at your desk.

that's what used to happen to me at work - by the time I got around to drinking a hot drink - it was cold.........

Maybe I'm just more sensitive to this than most people. I remember the time before I used to drink 2 to 3 liters a day. I drank one glass of water at dinner and one cup of tea at lunch. I had a headache nearly every day. Jogging was a lot of effort. And I was always tired. Those are symptoms of dehydration. Everyone loses fluid daily (between 4% and 6% is what I read somewhere). If you don't replenish this by drinking water (or tea), you get dehydrated. Which gives you headaches (among other things).

Sometimes one has to listen to his/her own body I think. Either way.
A few years ago, I made a trip to Chile, to join my partner there. As it is a long airvoyage, about 15 hours and another trip from Santiago to the Atacama-desert, everybody told me to drink a lot, because of the dehydration.
And that's what I did; hating every sip. When I arrived; my ankles were swollen and remained that way for over a week! And I never retain water anywhere.

It seems to be a very individual thing; the water-management.
My daughter drinks all day; water, tea, lemonade......liters/gallons.
