Great news, I'm downloading now.
Can you go inside the zip and remove packages before you flash?
Is it possible to add, for example "google apps" to the zip file?
I bow to those who do this sort of thing without hesitation, I just don't know enough about which files to safely delete and where to add files.

Hi there, I have one question: I bought my IQ 701 in germany but I´m from spain. I went into the upgrade section of the official webpage but there was no upgrade for Spain. I tried with United Kingdom and there´s only the 2.0.3 but then under USA and Germany there´s the 2.0.5. Does it matter if I upgrade with the USA one?

It didn't matter with 2.0.2 or 2.0.3, where the EU release and the NA were the same file renamed.
This time there may (or not) be a difference in the bundled TTS voices and dicts. Otherwise...

3. Installation applications to the internal SD card

So still no a2SD functionality? Or is this a typo/translation issue? Applications have always gone to the internal card unless you have one of the "other" firmwares, so I'm confused.

Has anyone gotten the TTS function to work? I don't see the text to speech option in the menu when reading an epub.

Loooong tap on de Text of the reader.app opens the menu...

I tried right now and got a 404 so it looks like their server crashed.

First hour of testing:
- Only 4 TTS voices on the install. I'll have to check the links previously posted for the 6xx/9xx
- Nook runs. (yay!) Aldiko 2.0 still doesn't. (No shock.)
- Seems a tad snappier
- Home page not quite as ugly. Still going to replace it.
- Yet another file manager. A blue icon now.

on the TTS instructions, they do say that only 4 are preinstalled as all kind of hell is going to break lose if you have more - if you need a voice which is not installed, you first have to unistall one, then add the one you want. Instructions are here - for the e-ink devices, but it should hopefully be along the same lines for the IQ (at least this is how I understood it from the Russian forum).
