Hmmm... I think it's quite common for genre sites like infinity plus to include PayPal buttons and requests for donations. Maybe I should clarify it to say that the online archive is no longer updated...

Yes, but the impression I got from the link you posted was that you were a professional publisher with retail products for sale. The two approaches clash dramatically. If you want them to co-exist you need to separate them out, not have them linking to each other.
