An early morning glass of water for me. Friday mornings (which this is in our timezone) we jump in the car and drive north for an hour, stopping for a latte on the way. I could use that latte right now after a broken night (neighbour turned on music at 3am).

I actually drank green tea with lemon this afternoon at work, as the coffee was so bad and I had nothing to eat all day; I forgot my lunch. It tasted like lemon and water.

Cold is....I guess better. Last night only one coughing fit and only 15 minutes, so I had a decent sleep. I hope it will be over soon. On the other hand, got a letter from my GP today. Low White Blood Cell Counts. GP will call me on Monday to discuss it.

My cast iron tea pot holds 18 ounces. Since I brew all of my tea in my cast iron tea pot, a larger mug = a pot. I have taken to drinking my tea from a very nice 8 ounce mug that I bought from Rishi to help me better savor my tea.

Today I had two pots of rooibos Capetown, 2 pots of Ginger Pu -Erh, and 2 pot of Keemun.
