Antiglare filter selling in EU?

After viewing SolRaven's linked video, I can attest to the fact that the iVisor ag is exactly the same in terms of glare reduction/fingermarks suppression. The new product says it uses a static charge to adhere, I'm not sure that's the same as mine. But overall it looks just as good, otherwise. Both can be removed for cleaning, although I've never had the need to do so for the 3 months mine has been on. And it still fits in my standard Apple ipad case.

l..k, if you're in the US, and you buy from Amazon, I pretty sure you can return for a no hassle refund. Seems a good way to go.

Moshi iVisor AG is on the way to my home

I am in EU but surprisingly I found it in local apple premium reseller store (iSpot) with excellent return policy. I would be glad to share my experience.

Hello all there! So I have AG installed To begin with, it was really easy to install, done in less than a minute. It feels horrible under my fingers. The film does not adhere to iPad on the visible area, only on the black outline. I feel how the foil resist when touching the screen. And it is not slick anymore - it's unsmooth. But it is indeed antiglare. Cannot compare with the quality of my lenovo notebook screen but a bit better than original shiny iPad.
It has still shiny surface, probably because one have to touch it but the glare seems not frustrating, just bearable

I'm sorry to hear that. It would be nice to know that there are other perfect antiglare screen protectors, but alas, Power Support is the only one that I've heard of w/ almost no complaints. There is nothing about it that I would change, except have it come already on my iPad. Unfortunately they only make items for Apple products, so I'm unable to get one for my Droid X, netbook or laptop, all which have glossy fingerprint laden screens. Hopefully, I'll be able to find another brand just as good for those items.

iVasor AG on the second day

It's awesome for reading!
It feels plastic in touch but I got used to it by now. Well I wanted to take care of my tired eyes and I am happy with it.

Just to let know anyone looking for pros and cons, I just tried to make any reliable picture-comparision. Unfortunately my camera for idiots does not allow me to make any sensible picture, but I did captured the comparision of the amount of light reflected by the surface using mirror

Here it is. From the left. 1. Antiglare notebook screen (quite new tech.). 2. iPad with Moshi iVisor AG. 3. Glossy notebook screen.


I could not get the white balance to be set on fixed level but if it would stay fixed than the comparision would get better - the picture on the right should look bright shinny as a mirror.. I have no idea why for the iPad picture the camera let more light. Anyway all the pictures were taken at night without a flash in a room lighted by an artificial ligh.

As you see, Now the glare on my iPad is considerably reduced. What's more interesting, I have no objection to contrast - I would said that the film does not impact contrast at all.

Well I think that this film is good enough for readers.

By a chance my eye caught what you have mentioned. I am surprised. Mine does not use static charge to adhere, it has some sort of glue (something matte) on the black frame to stick with the iPad. The clear part just floats in the air. Anyway I just watched the video, it seems to me that it also still reflect light from it's surface. Probably they are very close in terms of antiglare features but Power Support could feel better to touch.
