Default pdf program

Hi there.

is there a (more or less) simple way to tell calibre, with which program it should open the .pdf's in my library by default?
I know how to set up your default programm on your own computer, but I try to get it running smoothly from my usb-drive. Since I have to use it right now pretty often in our library (with a pretty lousy default pdf-programm) I was wondering if I couldn't set it up, that calibre uses a portable pdf viewer (like pdf xchange viewer or whatever) on the same thumbdrive. Couldn't find any solution to this so far. It's not really indispensable, but would be quite comfortable.

Oh, and if someone has a quick answer on how to change the default option "match any" to "match all" it would be highly appreciated as well. I'm sure, it's somewhere on the web, just can't find it right now and I'm sort of sick to change this everytime I open calibre^^.

Look for the open with calibre plugin
