This rubbish has already gone on too long but I thought better of you than selectively quoting one part of a multi-part thread to prove a point. If you genuinely have only read this tiny bit then you should read posts #37, 39, 40, 43, 47 and 48 and you'll see the words being discussed in several places but frankly I wouldn't bother, it's not worth the effort any more...
