I have tried another new tea today.
Indian black tea Sikkim 2nd Flush Temi TGFOP1.
Unusual. Maybe I would not say it is a black tea if I tried it with my eyes shut. It has an interesting flavour. Do I like it? Don't know yet. Definitely no negative attitude. One cup is not enough to decide though. There are probably enough for 3 more cups in the sample.

Second resteep of oolong Phoenix Dancong was pleasant. I am not sure I would re-order it, but so far I like it. Ginseng Oolong was more interesting. Maybe I am unfair. Looks like I favour odd teas but don't give enough thought to an ordinary, albeit good.

I am going to make a cup of yet another new black tea. Indian Nilgiri Thiashola TGFOP. Wish me luck

Indian Nilgiri Thiashola TGFOP is fine.
Somewhat similar to Assam but weaker. It has a nice flavour only not strong enough. They suggested one heaped tea spoon, 3-4 minutes. I did 3 minutes. Next time I try 4.


From behind my back I hear lots of for Sobacha
I suspect when we finish the bag from Tea Smith, we will have to find a good source of the tea.
Cannot say Sobacha without a , because it means a dog in Russian (if you read ch as c in car). Although, I think it is appropriate that she and I like it because I am a mutation of dog&wolf with substantial pedigree.

Good morning everyone! The start of another week... busy week... lots of things to get done. Need to locate some specialized maps of Kyushu island, Japan's large southern island. It's almost time for the first motorcycle tour of the year and we've chosen to explore Kyushu. We've been there by car many times, and my wife grew up in one of its small villages, but experiencing it from a motorcycle saddle makes for an entirely different sensation.

I'm enjoying a very satisfying cup of Yorkshire tea to start off my day. It really is a bold flavor! Now, if only I had made a good breakfast to go along with it...

It's been soooo long since I last had a sauna. I used to go to the sauna after swimming a couple of years ago, but when I stopped swimming I also stopped going to the sauna. Hmmm, I'll have to see if someone knows a good sauna here in Ghent.

Have you given any thought to perhaps flavoring that with, say, tea leaves, or maybe coccoa? Nothing too radical to begin. We'll get to that soon enough.

Edit: Forgot to add that I'm having a nice after dinner mug of East India Company's Assam tea!
