				What's In Your Pet's Bowl?

What are you feeding your pet as the two or more of you peruse Mobileread? My aging English Springer Spaniel is eating a senior formulation of chicken and rice flavored kibble with one slice of bacon. |

My dog sniffed at but refused to eat the red-meat flavoured kibble (she'll munch on them later), but did snag the dried chicken tender after confirmation that there were no leftovers from Sunday's roast.

The cat has some fish (salmon I think) and veggie flavored cat kibble. The new kitten has a bowl full of chicken flavored (I'm taking the manufacturer's word on it) kitten food. However, the kitten in question can invariably be found eating the dog's turkey flavored kibble. The dog used to get the kibble with the pieces of veggies mixed in but it gave her gas and we got tired of finding all the veggie pieces scattered on the floor around her bowl. The iguana has a bowl full of freshly chopped turnip greens and green beans with a touch of banana on top and a slight dusting of calcium powder. The frog has reptile feeder sticks and the fish has his algae discs, neither the fish nor the frog actually have bowl though. |

Pi has "taste of the wild, pacific stream canine formula with smoked salmon, grain free diet" and she had a scrambled fresh goose egg with it. Strider and Arwen get on alternating days; innova, hills science diet, royal canin sensitive stomach. this is the crazy combination that I have come up with to combat arwen's squirts. the horses get alfalfa cubes, and then sweet feed when it is cold, and beet pulp when I am trying to cut down their caloric intake. I'm not sure if there are any fish in the pond or not at the moment |

Zoltan the cat has a bowl of Nature's Variety Instinct (grain free), but I don't remember if it's rabbit or duck flavor. He has also been sitting here sharing my dried cranberries again. (Well, he gets one or two, I get a handful, that's sharing, right?) The gecko has chirping crickets and a bowl of calcium supplement. She was sleeping in the calcium yesterday, silly critter. |

My kitties eat EVO cat food with a can of trader joe's tuna fish for cats every other day, I like to keep their bowls full so they can snack whenever they like. |

I gave Maggie canned lamb and rice senior formula. it's her favorite. The only thing she likes better is homemade spaghetti with meat sauce.

Hmm, either lamb, or rabbit, but when I went to buy a new bag this weekend, they only had chicken. So, they'll have chicken for the next few weeks (Hills Science Plan) Generally only dry food, but sometimes, I'll give them a small bag of whiskas (wet food). |

Just dried cat food for our two cats. They just aren't interested in any of the wet food we buy them. So Royal Canin Kitten for little Rupert and a Royal Canin that has now been discontinued for Edward. |

Do they eat table scraps? I often throw some scraps into kibble.

Our cats feast on dry cat food and sometimes if i eat a tin of tuna they get the water. The silly buggers refuse to eat anything other than the dry cat food. They will eat raw beef, usually thin strips of roast, but only a small amount, other wise they start tooting and its not fun wearing the respirators in the house |
