I am not going to rave about it, but it is nice!
ummmmm What is the word of the day? The definition sounds cool and fits 90% of the people in this thread.

I'll read any, any book on rescue dogs and such. Have always done that. As you say " life is to short etc" . Can't you just shout for some tea, or are you 'home alone'?
Hope you'l feel better soon.

Get well.
Maybe a bit of stronger beverage might help too. Both to alleviate and cure the cold and raise your mood a bit.

Do you honestly believe I have any idea how to use it?
You need a help of the true Russian
(We never had Samovar in my family. I have now two at home (my Russian/Belorussian/Polish wife's) but they are ornamental from my POV they do slightly add to kitchen's interior)

I tried another mini tuocha Pu-Erh.
90C, about 8oz of water
I rinsed it for 30 seconds.
Then brewed for 3 minutes.

It didn't add earthy flavour, however the flavour itself was too strong.
So strong, that I have no intention to resteep it. Next time, I will brew it for only 2 minutes.

Pu-erh or not, I still want some tea, thus Taylors of Harrogate's Pure Ceylon.

I have seen the morning burning golden on the mountains in the skies.
Achin' with the feelin' of the freedom of an eagle when she flies.
Turnin' on the world the way she smiled upon my soul as I lay dying.
Healin' as the colours in the sunshine and the shadows of her eyes.
Wakin' in the mornin' to the feelin' of her fingers on my skin.
Wipin' out the traces of the people and the places that I've been.
Teachin' me that yesterday was something that I never thought of trying.
Talkin' of tomorrow and the money, love and time we had to spend.

Lovin' her was easier than anything I'll ever do again.

Good morning all! The start of another week. Ain't it grand! We made it! Alive... and no one's shooting at us! Yippee!

Today begins with East India Company's Assam tea, humus and flat bread, with kalamata olives! I had this same breakfast the other day and it was so nice I decided to try again! Yep! Just as nice!

Certainly does! There aren't many who have ever heard of this word. It's not even in all dictionaries. But it fits me to a 'T.' I got kicked out of three different colleges right after high school at age 18... to much wine, women, and song, with a healthy dose of skiing instead of going to classes. Then came the Vietnam War. (I was there in '67, just in time for the Tet Offensive.) Then marriage, family, job... I didn't get myself back to school until I was 34. But by that time I had grown up enough to love it. Love it enough so that I graduated with two Bachelor's degrees, then went on for two Master's degrees, and a few years after that, a Doctorate.
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

Welcome to the Dark Side, Luke.

I think another cup of tea is needed right about now... This time, I think it will be something a bit stronger. China Black will do nicely!

Working on a pot of Keemun right now. Teavana opened a store right by my house. I was able to bring the hubby in and point out which tea pot I would like for my 40th birthday. He spent the next 30 minutes trying to understand wy a tea pot would cost $150.

Right now I am watching the silly puppies. Caya is normally the one to start the wrestling and sometimes we worry about Cooper. The growling gets loud and it sounds and looks awful. They just finished such a round. I am watching Cooper run back and forth between me and Caya trying to get her to play again. I guess he is fine.
