Do not know what it is. I read about it. I heard about it. I saw people saying that they were bored. I can imagine boredom. It's boring actually. If being bored is what should I do now, with all the options unappealing, that, I never felt that way that I can remember. If the film is dull, I switch channel or do something else. I invent something, unusual, never tried before. Avoid fridge. Once I was blocked in the elevator with a person working in administration (do note the undisclosed gender). She started to look at me strangely, retreating in a corner. First I checked if my clothes were in order. Eh. I shortly meditated on the issues. Than, I leaned back and started to say in a voice at first low, than normal, than louder than loud. No, no, the belt no. Noooo. and so on. When she realized what was going on and that I had one move advantage, and the only thing for her would have been either to faint or to tear her clothes, which she did not, and in that case I would have been had, unless I staged a real noisy racket, she looked at me, acknowledged, with gestures and silencing noises, half smiling half deploring, half turning the eyes to the sky. I stopped. We both almost started to laugh. She gave me names, but kindly and amused. A good looser. Than we got liberated. What would have happened on a longer detention? Who knows. We never discussed the episode, I was a little ashamed. Ah I forgot. Why did I do that. Well, she sort of looked like the easily bored type. |

I don't really get this boredom thing There's always another book I can't wait to read, a film to be watched, a game to be played. I just don't get bored. Ever. I have been lonely at times, however. The above may explain that a bit |
