Pooh and willijt should be made both theist of the first class with oak leaves. They both fly, willijt was a professional pilot of long experience before downgrading to Vespa (which is also a flying something), Pooh is however we look at him a bird. High class sophisticated drinker, now of rare teas. And dancer, and story teller. Let's give him shelter in this nice thread.

I guess Chai Tea - black tea spiced with Indian herbs and Sobacha will be tested this weekend


I have tried a new Assam from NBTea last weekend and loved it.

Btw., I just remembered one more interesting thing from Tea Smith.
I asked her whether it is a good idea to rinse the toucha before steeping it. She looked a bit funny at me and answered with a question of her own:
Haven't you notice that I have rinsed at least once all teas you had tonight? White, green, oolong and pu-erh.
She thinks it is important.

Btw., today I did an experiment. One of Pu-Erh teas that I have, 10-12 years cooked, I don't particularly like. So, I put a double dosage for a cup and brewed it for 1min 30 seconds instead of 3 minutes (I also tried 4min before).

I will do that for some of the Pu-Erh's I have at home that I was not as thrilled with.

You are too kind beppe. Yes, the piloting days are finished, but maybe my move to the Vespa GT is an "UPGRADE". At least with the scooter I don't have to do battle with gravity. When I run out of gas, I merely put my feet down and park it.
