Yup I am avoiding eating which is a bummer because I really want some cookies with my tea. It is slowly coming back.

I go back on Thursday for impressions for the night guard. The Dentist was impressed with the strength of my tooth enamel (sp). He thinks that why I don't have a lot of cavities.

I would think that lemongrass tea is naturally decaf, at least the lemongrass tea I have had is, well, lemongrass, which is decaf. Is yours mixed with a green or black tea?
