We use this Zojiroshi for our rice. If only Zojiroshi made a popcorn popper, I'd trade in my WhirlyPop! ![]() Stitchawl |

We've got the little brother of your hot pot - ours holds 4 liters, and doesn't do any cute chimes when the water is warm (which I'm fairly sure yours does).
We don't have the rice cooker, but we do have one of their bread machines lurking around here somewhere... |

First pot of the day: Kusmi Bouquet des Fleurs the favourite tea of Tsar Nikolaus II. this tea was created in 1880 for the daugther of Pavel Kusmichoff. I was wondering what was so special about it and bought a tin. It is a rather nice kind of Earl Grey. The often harsh flavours of the bergamotte subdued by the flowers but still not flowery in taste just a bit more mellow than a real Earl Grey. Good stuff!

Good morning everyone! Or good afternoon/good night depending on where you live.
Slow to wake up this morning, and I'm in a really lazy mood. So I'm sitting on the couch with a cup of green tea jasmine, a book and my laptop. The cat has joined me as well, he's even lazier than I am (no surprise there). I really get some ironing done. I'll do it later. Maybe. |

Coke Zero #1
(I wonder if we have enough Coke Zero drinkers on here for an appreciation society. Room temperature or ice cold? Can, plastic bottle or glass bottle? ![]() |

A glass of Bombay Sapphire to finish off the evening. I even drank some beer tonight. First beer I've had in about a year, but it was the perfect beverage to go along with good Chinese food!
Beer AND now some Bombay... I'll have to take the pledge tomorrow! Quote:

I have the same hot water dispenser. I use it at work. Love it. Although I am really enjoying the Cuisinart Tea Kettle I bought for the house. It takes no time to get to the right temperature and has 6 settings instead of four. The downside is that it does not hold the water temperature for more then 30 minutes. Not a big deal when you get down to it. I am thinking of bringing that to work and bringing the water dispenser home.
