Another beautiful morning.... a hot mug of East India Company's Royal Breakfast tea and a bowl of really spicy chili with just a whisper of meat (for the needed amino acids. I'd prefer it were just a hint of veggies, but...) This is a heck of a way to start the day!

Sun's up, only a few chores to get done, so it's PLAY DAY!

Betty, you really need to get your sleep! It's the time when the most healing can occur (unless you meditate,) as that's the time when you produce the most Alpha rhythms in the brain, producing the most bio-electrical energy so the body can do is thing and fix you up. We really need you back here full time and fully functioning! Get better soon!

A small glass of warm Pepsi to accompany a handful of Lay's Ripple Potato Chips. Late at night even my delicious oolong tea cannot quiet the voice that demands I give it Pepsi and chips. Oh well...

Am close to putting in an order for some Pu-Erh. A Singapore tea firm offers a sampler with the following varieties:
1. Loose Pu Erh
2. Xiao Tuo Cha
3. Pu Erh Chyrsanthemum
4. Lui An Aged Tea

They have some interesting oolongs as well so I think this may be fun assembling the order.

I am a two fisted drinker tonight! I have a glass of chardonnay and a glass of iced green tea. I don't feel like i am hydrating enough, I think that is partially because it has been so cold lately and much drier than normal. a lot of people are complaining about cracking skin
