Cannot convert DRM free book

I bought a couple of books from Sony bookstore. I downloaded them, stripped them, and added them to Calibre. When I tried to convert one over it will say that it can't convert it. I tried the other book and it turned out fine. I deleted, restarted, and re-stripped but it's still coming up the same error message. It happened to me with another book too. Why is it working for some of my books (all bought from Sony bookstore) and not the others?

I've had occasional issues with Sony books. I deleted the copy from my Sony Library and redownloaded it, and then it converted fine.
