Yes, that's it. Natural science. I spend 5 minutes thinking about the proper term for 'hard science'. That's what a friend of mine calls it. Because he thinks my kind of science is soft.

Physics ... *shudder* I hated that subject in school. Math is OK, even I need lots of math for analysis

I made brussel sprout soup last night, and it is just delicious. With a little bit of bacon. I'm going to have another cup right now ! (soup qualifies as a drink, right ?)

Tuesday, sweet Tuesday. Could there be a better day? I don't think so. The week is already established and just coming into its own. I think Tuesday is like Spring!

In honor of Spring, I'm in the middle of a mug of East India Company's 'Royal Breakfast Tea' and a plate of meatless BBQ. Rather a bizarre mix that I made for dinner last night, but tasty. (My wife refused to eat it...)

Today I'm going to further explore the use of my sample pu-erh touchas. Frankly, I'm not approaching this with any positive attitudes, which may or may not have an effect on the outcome, but it's something that needs to be done. I'll be brave.

Beppe, I'm glad that the question of identity has been resolved. Having been abroad for so long sometimes I question mine..

And a nice friendly welcome to the two new drinkers who have arrived on the scene. Have you spent the rent money on an assortment of tea yet?

Need more tea... Not time yet for the pu-erh. Need something with 'teeth...' Ah! The Georgian Caravan Tea sample should do just right!
