Perhaps...

Works a LOT faster than FBReader, looks a LOT better, with normal formatting.

And even has TABLES.

Good luck!

O, glad to see you! Thanks.
No problems at this moment. I'm trying to not change the core logic - just add additional files (and patches to cmake config) to you can easily patch your trunk with these in future... I'll contact you when it will be done at least in beta...

Porting CoolReader to the 360 would be an absolute blast. Good luck, JimStar! Thanks for your effort!

JimStar, congratulations on your success!

BTW, to all the PocketBook people reading these postings, how about (as your own programmers cannot finish the workload like they should) granting JimStar some incentive for his hard work. Don't know, you have gifted review some hardware for his great work, maybe you could make a similar deal with JimStar?

And releasing SDKs, in a timely manner, as you should could also help the community to fix bugs...

I have ordered a PocketBook device only because of this great community, if your programmers cannot fulfill all the tasks the way the buyers want, at least build such an community that they help you out/fill the gaps. No, in this situation I do not think that a simple "thank you" is sufficient.

Cheers...

A little photo-session after "funny" weekend. My wife also requires a "little" attention, so I cant spend all the time on this hobby... But - аlmost everything is ready, it remains a little bit to fulfill...

It has rotation, quick menu, settings menu with cursor keys navigation, text selection, TOC navigation, good formatting and tables, very fast cashed books opening, and more and more excellent features that make CoolReader very cool. Thanks to autor of that great soft.

Great work!! I can't wait to try it!
But... wait, is it really possible to override some of the CSS in epub's?
And, btw, is the rendering of CSS complete?

Subset of CSS supported by CoolReader is described in project Wiki

Yes, it IS installed on my 902 2.0.4.

And is already full functional since this weekend (a few hours after I posted the last screenshots). I spent less than 3 days on that work... The question is: why PocketBook did not do it by itself? Why, instead his staff insulted me on their support forum? And why in response to these insults I should to raise the cost of their devices with LOT of my free work?.. Because if I release this port - it will be a completely different class devices, a higher class devices... Now I just enjoy reading on this device with CoolReader...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vlAXCmbPio

Say "thanks" to PocketBook and its caddish support forum staff...
