More things I don't like are BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, teriyaki, sweet glazes on meat, etc. In other words, don't put sugar on meat. That's sick, sick, sick. I don't like sour cream when it's used as a topping. When a small amount of it is blended into some type of Mexican sauce, I'll eat it. Avocados and guacamole are also out. |

I've seen Ketchups without sugar. Never tried them, though - they replaced the sugar with artificial sweeteners, Aspartasm and Saccharin. (I don't like Saccharin. Don't mind Aspartam.)

The sweetness. Artificial sweeteners would also be out.

I suspect even without the brown sugar you may find this a little sweet. Roasting the tomatoes concentrates and caramelises sugars, and with the vinegar...it would, I suspect, still be sweet (though the salt and the pepper cut the sweetness somewhat). The result actually seems to look and taste less like a ketchup and more like a simple, homemade, Italian pasta sauce (Napolitana perhaps?), or even a very flash pizza sauce. The fresh herbs help. Cheers, Marc |

I also dislike liver. I've never had kidney though...at least not that I'm aware. Oh and cow-tongue...yuck! The texture is awful and it doesn't taste much better. I was forced to eat it a few times as a kid. Did not like the idea of eating something that could taste back!

I love sushi and make it quite often. However, I won't eat Natto again--a fermented bean dish made in Japan. It has your worse-than-usual moldy athletic sock smell mixed with a bit of sulphur. The taste isn't great either.

WHAT?! You can't hate the PB&J. Or peanut butter and honey. Or peanut butter on a banana. Even peanut butter and butter on a warm tortilla. Peanut butter is even used to feed children near starvation, as their bodies can handle it even in that state. |

I've heard of people not liking jellies, jams or preserves, but, I don't think I've ever heard of anyone hating peanut butter. Unless they're allergic to it, of course.

When I was in the US Navy, whenever we tied up next to a ship from a foreign Navy, one of the things to do was to trade (cumshaw). Anything for anything, as long as it was “foreign”. In those days the British sailors were issued a daily “tot” of rum or ration of beer, so they always had plenty of cumshaw material. We discovered that they didn’t have peanut butter, and they loved it. Whenever we were in a British port, the stores of peanut butter suffered severely! |

I think that it's unanimous. Everyone likes haggis!!! Or at least no one dislikes it. And for those suffering from a lack of Scottish culture, I bring you the immortal words of Robert Burns (25 January 1759 – 21 July 1796). Here is the Address to a Haggis for those who want to follow the beautiful poetry of Burns. |
