It is!
What was a chance that you stable upon it yesterday and I today? It could be weeks/months even years apart. I liked it. After healthy dinner a cup of Pu-Erh. Exotic Pu-Erh tonight, for the first time. Quote:

I have several cast iron tea posts with infuser baskets in them. The individual cup infusers are great for folks who don't want to spend the money on that type of tea pot and still want to use loose leaf tea. There are some really cute infuser baskets out there as well.

I use this at home
http://www.teavana.com/Tea-Gift-Cent...ron-Teapot.axd and this at work http://www.teavana.com/Tea-Gift-Cent...ron-Teapot.axd Well that is not the exact pot but it is close enough. I have several clay pots that are for Oolongs only. |

Astra ... astra ... if you think that you need a Rayburn cooker to brew few cups of tea, than do give me the email of your better 7/8 so that I can have a nice chat with her about her dear hubby and maybe drop a hint that he might profit from a long easy vacation ... accompanied, by all means.
Changing range of subject I have a new technique, new for me, obviously. I put the leaves in a bag, put the bag in the teapot (I have only one, Japanese of porcelain) and add the water to it. I used this the last two days, with Sencha Friday and yesterday, with Keemun to day. It is great for washing the Sencha and for re-steeping it. I am sort of caressing the preliminary intention of maybe letting myself go toward thinking of perhaps giving consideration to the opportunity of an eventual action toward inquiring about the purchase (brrr, what a chilly wind on my poor shoulders) of one of those ceramic Japanese teapot for Sencha for 14 euro I could get this for the office. BTW I found a site in Italian that list many tea sellers on line around the world. I am putting it up after google has done its things to it. With Sencha I used a tiny chinese cup, like the one in Chinese restaurants. With Keemun I liked best my thin glass cup. I have some wider Japanese cups that I might try. I use them for food mostly, but they might go with tea. I find Japanese design more pleasing to the eye. |

The red one is stunnigly beautiful, Prof.Crash! You will have to buy an Oberon Cover for your Kindle that goes with it.
My red was chosen for the office due to a joke. My table is always clear of clutter, nothing more than my computer screen, the phone and the papers I am working on. No to-be-done baskets and the likes because I don't like to be distracted by clutter and I love to joke I need a red pot to find it on my desk. ![]() |

Waiting for my eyelids to respond to mental commands to open and STAY opened. Earlier than usual... gulping hot tea... think it's keemun.... yeah... it's keemun.... Gotta go to the hospital to get the results of last week's health check. I think I'm going to live. Might need to get taller so my weight is correct. Good tea... Quote:
