German speaking PocketBook forum on Mobileread functions as an official forum for German distributor. Just go to the www.pocketBook.de, click on Support, and click on Forum link on the right.

I know that.

I just posted info about this bug on MANY forums (and on Youtube

), so that more people that want to buy PB for technical ePubs - can have that info (I'm one of these people, but I've already bought a couple of PB devices to me and my wife). That can force PB to fix it in next firmware.
I have not so many time to sit in the forums, so I'm not afraid to be banned.
My mission is completed.

Sorry, but I'm very busy on my main work to work on this... And at now - I do not know whether there is a new SDK for 902's and have no time to deal with all this compilation... All because in my spare time I have another hobby - refactoring of my old app JSWeather to a new version...

There are a lot of programmers in this forum that know an answer to your question... I just showed them where is the bug... And they I hope can do everything else... If not - we'll have to wait for a new firmware from PocketBook...

So, today I decided to spend some time to not wait until PB makes that fix in firmware...
So, screenshots. As you remember, this page (and all others) has a LOST text:

And that is now in my fixed version:

But I've got sources from here, and it is I think not a last version (I installed it as a second fbreader, and can choose). It has no TTS and I've not worked out with menu language (it's in Ukrainian

). But now - it NORMALLY shows ePub files, without lost text, and it is most important for me... So I can now normally read ePubs and wait for a firmware update...

On linux-computer. I did it in haste, so I have not investigated the sources too much... Only have fixed this bug.
In fbreader180 0.11.1 for fw 2.x.x it is not fixed jet.

So, I found some new bugs in ePub processing of PocketBook's FBReader...

Some new lost text, a LOT of lost text...

You can see it on these screenshots. Almost all names of things in these lists (two chapters are shown here) are lost:

I've fixed it in my version of FBReader, the chapters as they MUST be - can be seen on the last two screenshots...
