			Yep! That sound just like what I was drooling about! Thanks for the recipe.  They sell the already mixed puree in all the supermarkets and street markets in Thailand. Makes it easy for people. Most folks keep an oil pot going all the time, so it's no problem to just heat it up and throw in whatever is for cooking that time. Stitchawl |

			I love eating ratatouille but 'saying' it is even more fun... Rat... Tat... Tooooie!    Eggplants are a very popular veggie here, and zucchini almost rare, so ours is mostly eggplant, onion, and tomato. I love it will extra olive oil (slutty rather than virgin as the olive taste is stronger) over Italian bread! Stitchawl |
