Do you have craisins (dried cranberries) over there? I like to use them in place of raisins at times.

I also like to put them in my oatmeal; especially in apple cinnamon oatmeal. Another favorite is to take some cooked white rice and add craisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg; then heat it in the microwave. Then I add a bit of sugar, pour some cold milk over it and eat it like a bowl of cereal.

Basically, anything that calls for raisins can be substituted with craisins.

No, thank goodness. I didn't have to drive yesterday, either - Chris's job called a second snow day so he took me and picked me up.

At the moment I'm sitting here laughing myself silly over a comment thread on Facebook with Hank Phillippi Ryan. She asked how to get garlic off her breath, and she's getting suggestions ranging from yogurt to lemons (mine) to parsley to licking a chrome faucet!
