I dunno, Grace, we just had a similar thing run through my entire family, and I was the ONLY one who didn't eventually have to get antibiotics to clear it up, because it did turn into bronchitis for everybody else. And yes, here too, they were all given z-pack. (Different family members,different times, different doctors, so it must be the drug of choice for this.) I would say don't wait too long, if your cough is that bad. You don't want to get pneumonia.

I don't need to text while walking to fall. All I need is the air around me and I'll trip on it My son has also inherited this talent of mine and reminds me of that every time he falls over his own feet or walks into a wall that clearly saw

No, you don't. That stuff can be serious. I had a friend call me to take her to the ER last Thursday. She's in ICU at this point, intubated and sedated.

However, since you probably aren't a native English speaker -- I'll point out that "incorrigible" is a word, but the second word is a play-on-words for "encourage". I don't *think* there is an "incorrige", really.

I'll have to look those up when I get a chance. I do take Vitamin D daily but that's after learning how most Americans are Vitamin D deficient thanks to our indoor lifestyles. I live in the Sunshine State and I doubt I get enough sunlight on my skin to make enough Vit. D.

I do remember him talking about Vitamin A, but can't recall what he was referring to. He has really interesting information on niacin and how it relates to depression and alcoholism. Here is a short video on a patient that used niacin therapy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K2tqxKf2EE

Overdosing on Vit. A can be serious, so be careful with it. At the least it will turn your skin orange, but it can do some real damage to your system if taken in higher dosages for prolonged periods.
