Why didn't you order Sony cover from Waterstone's website? They have had it in stock from the very beginning.
P.S. (I am only curious, no nitpicking).

I could not see one in the flesh locally and did not want to risk £44 for the lighted cover if I found it was not to my taste. I was ok with chancing £10 for the alternative cover based on numerous good user reviews at Amazon. As my reader is now protected I will take my time and explore other alternatives when they become more available, in the mean time I am more than happy.
Cheers.

They have quite a few Mighty Brights on Amazon, which particular one did you get? They also seem a little bulky. Would it be much hassle for you to post a picture of the reader/cover with the light attached, to get a feel for the size?

The cover seems nice BTW, I think I'll be getting one when I buy my own unit. Thanks for the heads-up. I like how they feature the stitches: "...finished to perfection with a subtle White Stitch". That should be easily fixed by a black marker, however

Hello,
Joshseadog, could you answer this please. I am considering the Navitech case for my prs-650, an was wondering is it really leather? or leather grained plastic?

You did not mention if you got the one bundled with a clip-on light. I am assuming not.

Does anyone here have experience with Navitech's reader light?

I got the Sony lighted cover very soon after getting my reader. I liked the look of the tuf-luv book style cover and later purchased that. The tuf-luv cover looks a lot like the navitech except it has black stitching. They have different ways of holding the reader but they both do an awesome job.

I have to say I like both. I switch them out often according to my mood or need of a light. I even take my sony out and let it fly commando from time to time.

Hi, It smells and looks like leather, I have been using mine constantly for past four months and its still in prestine condition, no cracks or peeling of leather. Very glad I purchased this, a bargain. I did not have the bundled light, I purchased the Mighty Bright seperatley and it works just fine.
Cheers.
