Hi, from a traditionally published author to e-book creator
Hi, everyone!

A friend told me about this forum and as a total newbie to e-books, I'm so excited to join!

My name is Jess, I'm 23 and I'm under a 20-book contract with Simon & Schuster for a tween series (Means Girls meets The Saddle Club.)

On the side, I just started VIOLET & RUBY PRODUCTIONS with my editor and best friend, Kate Angelella.

Here's a little bit about what we're doing:

Violet & Ruby Productions

In January 2011, Jessica Ashley and her best friend, Kate Angelella, started Violet & Ruby Productions. The two-person packager will produce novels and e-book novellas. The e-books will be available for download on Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com. The novellas will be for tweens and teens. The company's first installment in a new series will release soon!

I'm glad to be here and will be spending a lot of time lurking and learning.
