Hi guys, would someone be so kind to tell me which covers besides the original one by Amazon use the hinge to attach the kindle to the cover?

For the Kindle 3, none that I know of except the Cole Haan one, which is quite pricey

I'm surprised that there are even the cole haan covers available. I've never heard of any others

I brought the original cover without a light device for my Kindle (3), and I think it's quite nice. It's rather slim and simple, which I like, and feels nice to the touch, but unfortunately it caused resets because of the hinges.

Amazon did give me a 21 pound gift promotion and a fuld refund, which was without any hassel from amazon. Very high quality service, I must say !

A Tuff-Luv Multi-View Leather Case Cover is now on the way, very exciting. I'll give a short review of it after I have played around with for it a bit.

I got my Kindle 3 on Monday and I'm in Canada. I need a case but don't want to spend too much money right now because I want to save to get an Oberon cover. Chapters has a case that's meant for the Kobo but I think it might fit the K3. Just wondering if anybody else in Canada has used this cover for their K3 or have any ideas of a cheap cover I can get in Canada. I just don't want to spend a lot of money on shipping + the cost of the cover itself. Here's the link to the cover at Chapters:

I just did a quick browse backwards thinking someone had recently posted a good looking inexpensive cover, but I think it was the gecko, which is good looking, but the 14.99 which twigged the inexpensive memory I now realize was in euros, and I am not quite sure what that works out to, but I think it ratchets up the cost pretty steeply. I'm not sure where the etsy covers come in at pricewise, I've never looked

14.99 euros is about $20.50 USD or CAD at the moment. Assuming they don't charge more to sell and ship to US and CA.

It's an inexpensive case. Pretty plain and boring, but it gets the job done. I would give it a 4 star rating. Most of the people reviewing it had given a review before the price got raised, so take that into account. Also, the screen protector is useless, so don't factor that into your decision of buying this.
