I do love that one. Had a couple pots of it yesterday. I was pleased to find that adding one teaspoon to a pot that had been steeped twice made for a nice third steeping. It was a pleasant discovery given the cost of that blend

OK, it is a bit expensive but it is going to make a ton of tea. 100 grams from TG equaled 21 balls. Each ball is making me a mimimum of two pots of tea. I found the third steeping to be yummy. So I figure a 250 gram, cool mushroom shaped, Pu-Erh will make a lot of tea. Especially when the description gives instructions that say you can steep each 3-5 gram batch up to 8 times.

In honor of Wednesday, I'm having a mug of unbranded Pu-erh tea made from a pellet. (I think I should have put the pellet in the chalice from the Palace or the flagon with the dragon, but as all I had was the vessel with the pestle I chose to use my old beer stein instead.)

I hope you have better luck with it than I did. I tried 4-5 different brands, and never found one I liked. I didn't 'dislike' them. I just didn't find them particularly rewarding. But then, my taste buds are pretty jaded. I need a real explosion in my mouth the make me happy.

It does look very promising

I am planning to try something else besides Toucha.

One of the links is about Sheng Pu-erh. I am not sure why they say they were maturing it for 4 years, because if I am not mistaken Sheng is Green Pu-Erh, the one they don't mature vs. Shu Pu'er that is a matured black Pu-Erh. Toucha that you are have is Shu.
Although, as I confessed some pages back, I got very confused with Pu-Erh and gave up on trying to understand the difference between Shu and Sheng for now.
The taste is very different though. Absolutely different flavours and colours.

I didn't 'dislike' them I think it pretty much sums up my feeling towards Rooibos. Sometimes, I don't feel like I want a strong flavour of black/green/white/blue tea but something nice for the pallet, with zero caffeine if I drink cup after cup, like yesterday with sore throat. Rooibos fulfil the gap, as well as does Lapacho

(Lapacho is more interesting).
Both of them are Tisanes, not teas
