I forgot to give you the imports:

from calibre.utils.magick import Image, PixelWand

Without those, the image processing won't happen. I've updated the reusable recipe code post.

That was the issue. I got the syntax completely wrong on the import. Looks really nice now! Just tweaking it for width and height. Thank you!

You're welcome. You may want to set min/max height at less than 100%. I suspect about 95% or a bit less would be right. Unlike the width, where it's set to 100%, the height has to accommodate the text above and below the image.
