Does anyone have the graphite Kindle 3 in the chocolate brown lighted cover? That cover looks most appealing to me, just wondering if the colours look ok. Thanks.

I do. I think it looks fine. So does my 13 year old daughter. Initially I wanted the black one, but changed to the brown one just to have something different. My daughter has the blue one and suggested the brown one to me.

I have a chocolate unlighted one, which is the same minus light. The brown is a little deeper and darker than the brightly lit photo on Amazon makes it look. It's kinda classy and subdued.

By the way has anyone noticed that Amazon has pulled the unlighted covers? They are currently unavailable. Sorry if I missed a thread about it or something.

My K3 was given to me as a Christmas present and also came with the lighted leather cover. I didn't like the lighted case as it covered the left side page buttons, so I returned it. Instead I went with an Incipio NGB cover. It just covers the back and sides. I love the feel of this case. I am now looking for a cloth case/sleeve to keep the dust off the K3. Anyone seen something along those lines? It would also have to fir the K3 with its cover. |

The lighted leather cover covers the left side page buttons? I'm confused by what you're saying. It couldn't be more unrestricted in my experience. |

Understood. Until I tried my daughter's lighted cover, I was concerned that the spine folded over would feel unnatural and unbalanced. I was surprised to find that it was not an issue. Thus far I've tried the flip-style and book style and they both work well in getting out of the way for unrestricted reading. But what I really don't like is the type of cover that uses part of the face of the Kindle to secure it in the mount. That did surprise me as I found that it interfered with my reading experience. |

I never bent my case all the way over. It seems that it would be bulkier than I want. It's gone in any 'case'. I did find the TimBuk2 cloth cases. Man are they expensive for a bit of material! |

There is one with a bottom mount that recently came out that looks interesting, made by Incipio [link]. I would even consider buying it, but the interior colors appear similar to my Amazon cover so it wouldn't present much in the way of variety. | |

I just got the Kindle 3 and wanted something simple looking yet... classy? If that makes sense and I saw this on Amazon and love it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ef=oss_product I got the blue. It has mole skin in the interior and a magnet to keep the cover held back when you read. Hyde |
