Chapter Breaks
Hi - I'm trying to make my first eBook. I put in the text, added chapter breaks. I see multiple tabs between chapters. When I publish the book to .epub format and open it in the Stanza reader, there are no chapter breaks, the text all just runs together with no page breaks. Am I missing a step or just not understanding how chapters works?

Did you add a chapter break or a chapter marker? How many entries do you have under the node TEXT?

I inserted a chapter break. There are four entries under the TEXT node. I'm on a Mac 10.5.8, Sigil version 0.3.3
I noticed also that by default there are no styles under the Styles node - is there a style that's required to make chapter breaks? If so, are there some default css sheets I can get for Sigil? Last edited by Mike Ramberg; 01-10-2011 at 09:21 AM. Reason: Added question about css files |
