That's really cool, buying your flower at a mill. I've done Italian bread as well, but I usually make plain white bread.

Someone gave me a book full of bread recipes this Christmas but I haven't really found the time to try any of them yet. If I come accross something really delicious, I'll let my fellow home bakers know

Waiting for my reader to charge. Every 6-8 weeks or so it loses all it's charge overnight, this happens once or twice and then everything is fine for two months or so. The annoying thing is that you always find out when you want to read.

I'm shaking - it's 10 degrees Celsius here. I've never been to any place whose temperature gets below 25 degrees. it's also humid, which makes it feels colder than it really is. My both hands freeze when I'm typing, or turning page on kindle
