[QUOTE=Wordeater;1319384]Wow....I feel so much better after having read this thread.
When I first saw a Kindle I couldn't understand what the big deal was about. IMO, they're pieces of crap. (it might be an OK reader, but it looks and feels like a turd.....well, looks like a turd. I don't make a habit of holding turds.) I also saw a bunch of Kindle cases everybody thought were great. Geez, I thought they looked like hell. No way I'd want one. Whew, I now realize it wasn't me./QUOTE] What ebook reader do you have? It says Quote:

I, too, love my sony. I had a co-worker with a kindle and I just didn't like the feel of it; I can't imagine why they took up so much of the reader space with a keyboard. I also don't like the plastic. My sony just seems more sleek and substantial. I don't feel the need to go online to buy a book, and I don't like supporting a seller who wants a monopoly of device and ebook sales. I like having choices in devices and where I buy my books. I also love the Phili library feature and being able to take books out rather than buy them.
