I am new to this so please have patience with me. I just received the new Amazon Kindle for Christmas. It already has crashed. It won't go off of the screen page to any of the menus etc...

Help Anyone?

Hi, welcome to MR from the Netherlands. Try to reboot your Kindle by holding the on/off button 15 sec. to the right and release......wait for the screen to go blank.....blank.... And reboot. Take a look as well on the Kindleforum. Good luck.
