thanks Marco - this is a great news! (the EU order I mean) Marco - they state on the website that there is a dictionary available in 23 languages - can you confirm which languages are supported? what I am most interested in is whether there is english to polish dictionary available... but there probably are other members interested in other translation capabilities of the device... Adam, in my reader I only have the english Longman English Dictionary and the Italian-English/English-Italian Dictionary. No other languages included. I tried to see in the Mediaworld site but there is no mention of other dictionaries. Maybe during the ordering process you can select the language but I wouldn't really now.

Hi, can someone really post images of Sony PRS, Kindle DX or similar readers side by side screen comparison shots with ASUS DR 900 in good lighting conditions? All the talks with the screen totally gray without any images is nonsense. |

Thanks for posting the pics. The background definitely looks darker on the sipics device, but it's not too bad, the letters seem quite crisp and dark to me.

Seen the many things that should be improved, I am afraid that we were targeted as "beta testers", on the other I was rather tired of waiting for a 9 inches at an abborable price.

Agreed. Looks nice, but has an equally deplorable resolution, less than the kindle DX.

@anyone who owns it: How does dictionary in epub work? In prs-300/600 I know you just double tap the word and shor definition shows at the bottom of the screen. Tnx grega_g |

in prs-350 works the same way? Probably. But I want to know about epub in dr-900. In this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqyNq36hlJQ , 7:45) it looks like you first have to open bottom menu, than tap Dictionary than select/tap word. Thats way to much touching on such slow screen for an action as basic as dictionary lookup. but I think file opened in video was pdf. tnx grega_g |
