bub, it's not that you questioned the validity of her comment, it's the way you did it. If you had simply asked "do you happen to have more details on what that means", then there wouldn't have been an uproar over what was percieved as an arrogant attack. P.S. according to other posts he primarily uses a sony reader so I cant understand if he has another reader he is happy with why he takes the time to drop in hear and be a jerk?

Taming has every bloody right to comment. She is a beta team member for this firmware update, which means she and the other member of that group have been working closely with the Kobo development team to ensure as many issues are resolved prior to general release. Once the update went live she has been extremely pro-active with comments, problem solving and assistance. All this in her free time.

Exactly.

I can't imagine what rock you have been hiding under to miss the FACT that taming was a beta tester for the 1.8 firmwear upgrade and as sabredog pointed has spent hours over the last few days answering questions and offering assistance.

I'm going to claim denseness (word?) cause I still don't get it . I mean, now that I've played a little with epub structure, adding photos seems to be relatively easy, if not inconvenient (create an epub, set image as cover). it's not like I can just drag and drop photo's into my kobo and they'll be recognized (like I had said, I tried a lot of different image formats, including jpeg, gif, tiff, etc...)
