M-Edge cover HELP!!!

Hi, everyone! I'm hoping you all can help me with this:

I spoke with a representative from M-Edge about the expected release date of products for the new PRS-650 and was told that they haven't anything in the works for it yet. They are waiting to see if they get enough customer interest.

I was shocked considering that they have always carried covers and accessories for the previous models. I really love their covers and have purchased one for each of my Sony readers. The cover for the 600 is just big enough that I worry my 650 will slip out. As a matter of fact, they are still showing their Pocket edition cover as listed for the 300. I don't know if the size of the 350 is different, but M-Edge hasn't updated that one either.

To help encourage the M-Edge minds to include accessories for the 650 (and the 350) in their product line, I am asking everyone to contact them and let them know that we are interested (even if you aren't

). It will only take a couple of minutes. . .I promise

I replied. I told them there is going to be a big demand after Martha Stewart endorsement.

I've already emailed them twice and have since given up.

I have recently purchased an I-Nique cover that I will use to complement my Sony cover.

I have purchased 4 cases/covers from M-Edge previously. An executive cover and water-resistant cover from my 505. Then a Go cover and water-resistant cover for my 600.

You're late to the party, lol. Check out the existing case threads and you'll see a lot of shock over M-Edge's decision. Many of us who care already contacted them to complain but it can't hurt to send more complaint their way.

M-Edge's cases for the Kindle 3 are made of an ugly synthetic leather and are not worth having. I've looked at them in Staples and glad that I didn't order one online. Even if we could convince them to make covers for the new Sony line of readers, they will not be made with the beautiful genuine leather that the covers for the 300-600-900 line of Sony readers have.

I do wish that Oberon would make leather covers for the Sony PRS-350. They are expensive but worth it.

Is that what it is? I checked out some M-Edge covers in Best Buy (for Kindle 3 and nook, I think) and really couldn't understand what all the fuss is about. They're attractive, but the (synthetic?) leather was stiff and not very soft. I don't have anything against synthetic leather, there's a synthetic leather nook case that B&N sells that feels incredible, but whatever M-Edge is using now does not feel nice.

For those that do not know, I-Nique make the Tuff-Luv line of covers. They are quite nice.

I gave up on M-Edge.

m-edge are a bunch of hypocrites. They make product for devices that are not yet out and have no demand. Yet when they have demand for product from Sony owners, they refuse.
