Sorry, Betty, I read it so long ago (before ebooks) I didn't even think about it not being available in ebook.
However, another piece of news at the chat last night is that they are working feverishly to get ALL of her backlist into ebook and on the sites by Christmas.

Doesn't "refurbished" also include Kindles sent back just because someone didn't LIKE it? They clear off the finger prints, check the packaging, and re-sell it.

Yes.

Same deal with iPad, Droids, etc. etc....

Refurbished means returned/remanufactured/repaired and like new with the same warranty (usually).
