Doesn't sound like fun. Was this listed in the brochure as "Fun Things To Do Today?" I'd ask for my money back if I were you. Next time choose "Sailing," and "Horseback Riding on the Beach" instead. They are always good. "SCUBA on the Coral Reef" is even better.

I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

If you come down here to the Irish pub and drink 8x0,5L Guinness you get a nice funny Christmas hat, looking as a chimney with Santa's legs sticking out of it.

Thanks guys - I couldn't find the pub in the dark, so I stayed home with my furry cat buddies, swilled Laphroaig, and went to bed.

I don't know what I'd do without your unstinting support, especially desertgrandma and her "herbal naturalistic" relaxation therapies!

I'm really hungry and I don't feel like getting up, so I'm ordering a pizza. Unfortunately they put me on hold and I think they forgot about me. It's been almost five minutes.

Drivers... Listen up... do you want to save lives? Then forget world peace.
Visualize using your turn signals.

I can't tell you how many near misses we had today just because the driver in front of us didn't bother to put on his/her turn signals. We were out to catch the last of the fall colors in the mountains too, just like everyone else. OK... there is a possibility that I may have been going a little faster than I should have. (but only Warp 6, NEVER Warp 9!) But if those SOBs used their turn signals before they turned, things would have been a lot smoother for everyone, including the people they cut off in the oncoming traffic lane!

Turn signals actually serve a purpose. They are not just decorative. Being so vulnerable I tend to put my signals on early, then augment them with hand signals too. I really want people behind me to know what I'm planning well in advance so they can take appropriate actions. Save a biker today; use your turn signals.
