PocketBook IQ - questions.

Hallo everyone. I decided to buy PocketBook IQ. Before buying it, I want to know some things:
- Do I need a stylus pen (is it a good term?) to make notition or to make high lights?
- Do I need to install some foreign languages with characters such Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or those languages are already in the device automatically?

You don't need a stylus, it's a resistive screen.

I have no idea about the language support.

TallMomof2, are you familiar with Mebook - 7 Inch High Resolution eBook Reader + Super Media Player? If so, which one is better PocketBook IQ or Mebook? I need the ereader mostly to learn foreign languages in which I can make highlight and make notitions. Thank you.

Sorry, I haven't heard of the MeBook. I have the Maylong M-150 which is barely okay. The IQ is a much better piece of hardware.
