I'm trying to figure out why Cummings is being arrested for sexual assault. Aside from the irony of the ejaculator's name, how can a TSA, who's been trained to spot danger, not know when it was time to duck? I mean, come on! The guy didn't shoot while he was flacid. The TSA agent's hands were all over the man's penis, causing it to pop upright, that should've been warning enough.
