Also interesting, the Sony site (PRS-650 accessories) only shows the Red cover being available.

Seems odd that they would sell out of the black 650 as well as the black cover at the same time…

Maybe they removed it because the cover showed a black 650 inside and that model is no longer available? Very strange.

And I probably would have bought a 950 instead of my 650 if the 950 had been available back in October. And available in red or blue, or some color other than silver.

Purchasing from an iPhone or Android phone is already enabled (using your phone's browser). You just can't view your library or download purchases to mobile devices yet, until the apps become available.
