I'm a sucker for leather. I already have one of the lighted cases, but may look into something like this or an Oberon.

I think it's the smell, more than anything.

That's a very nice looking case, CyberpunkDad, all hand made and great for those who like to read a naked K3. It looks as if it will protect your Kindle very well from impact and scratches and it still allows the ease of access of a slip case. Great find! I notice you snapped up the only dark brown leather case, but there are other colours available, and I am sure he/she will be make new Kindle cases with the dark brown leather.

I am sure you are aware that this dealextreme case is not made of real leather, but once the unpleasant chemical smell dissipates - and as long as you don't expect it to last as long as real leather does or for it to get that lovely patina that leather gets after a period of use - the price is certainly a plus! As you can tell, I prefer real leather, but each to her or his own.
