At the government base where I work, there's been a big push to make sure all drivers know to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk. I assume that means that pedestrians not in crosswalks are fair game!

Here's a driving tip that seems to work at least 90% of the time: Do you know how to get that slow driver ahead of you to pick up the pace? It's easy. Just try to pass him!

OH MAN!!!! I was going to rant about that a while back. It makes me crazy when people completely block the crossing!!! I've been known to get in front of them them and bang on their hoods!!!
