It's 70 F! The last day of November!
Supposed to be severe storms after midnight tonight - as a cold front slams into this tropical air.

I had to scrape frost off my windshield yesterday morning!

The storms came through here a few hours ago, but it is STILL pouring rain. The streets are pretty flooded. You'd better get ready to put your duck boots on those little chicken feet!

(Some tornado scares east of here, so you'd better leave your weather radio on too...)

Yep, it's on the way -- it got clear up to 40F today here! But is supposed to be about 60F by Friday....

But it's strange; usually we also have snow in the north. But this time around; no, in the south where I live. I have to go out on my bike today again........ Have to get some food for the birds.

Actually, this is normal. We have less rain or snow than the south. It's a misconception most people have.

It's nice and uncloudy today. Maybe the bedroom will warm up (only to cool down again when the sun sets )

Very, very, very cold wind today. Almost blew me of my bike, right in the snow. I'm freezing my you-know-what off in my study. Have already placed a thick board with a blanket behind it in front of the glass-door.
We have a beautiful 8o-year old draughty house. brrrrrrr....

Cold hand, cold feet. Fingers almost too cold to type.
It feels here like Siberia; why don't I live in Arizona of New Mexico?

You should insulate your house then. Our house is at least 30 years older and we don't have a draught! (only the bedroom is cold...) Though, days like these really it clear that we need to finish the attic, in the part that's not bedroom it's even colder than the bedroom (as that part is fully insulated...)
