How do i send epub to kobo manually PLz help

Just use windows explorer and drag the epub to the Kobo root directory.

If you have not tried Calibre for library management, give it a shot. It's not manual, but you can load DRM and non DRM ePUB onto your Kobo that way and all of your books are nicely organized in one directory for backup purposes. As your library grows, you will appreciate the more advanced features.
