First Blood by David Morrell has been removed from the UK Kindle shop on Amazon, but still seems to be available in the USA. Does anyone know why? It only seems to have been up for a few weeks.

I don't know, but maybe the E-publisher thought they had UK rights, but it turned out they didn't?

It's probably just a glitch. Amazon is supposed to have an exclusive for about a year.
