On time would mean that PocketGoods should have them in 3 days. That means that they should be on their way to Nurnberg. If that would be the case, than they would have said so.
Also there is still no information about the countries that will get 3G. They have to know that before they deliver the devices.
Also there is a delay with the black (dark gray) 902 models. Beside the delay, they were supposed to come with the new firmware preinstalled and that is not the case.

This is not looking good.

I ordered here a week ago. First they told me the reader will be available during the last week, on Friday they told it will be on stock on Monday and now it is Tuesday and I hope it will be available till the end of the week.

EDIT: I just got an email from the shop that the reader will be available tomorrow. Yipee!

A joke indeed. The pocketdeception persists: deadlines go swooshing by, and a few days afterwards we have a new date. The 8-ball has yet to provide some sort of excuse.

I just looked at the pocketgoods website, and the black 902 (the "dark grey" as they call it) magically reappeared with a date of 25/11. I'm disappointed, but not surprised.

Let the excuse carrousel begin!

It's really good this forum exists, Aside from venting frustrations, the direct communication from Pocketgoods to their paying customers is nonexistent anyway.

Hi.

Sorry for that. It is not our fault. I just got a call to set new dates like all the other distributer of PB did.
The 902(black) will be sent tomorrow to me, so I can send it next day to my customers.
The 903 will be shipped on 30.11 to Germany (originally they should be shipped today). FOXCON is relaxing somehow.. We hope the delivery will take just a few days (3-5). That is the reason why we changed the delivery start.

Actually we are using a very simple Shopsystem. There is no function to send something like messages with changed delivery dates to customers automaticly. I had to search and select each customer email manually what is believe me really a big deal of work .. At the moment we are workin on other eCommerce sollution. In a couple of weeks it will be ready. Then I can do it easyly

I can really understand you. My experience of ordering from other online shops (do not matter what products) - no one did inform me, if I had to wait for my order longer. .. And I had never a chance before to such direct communication with my seller through forum like ours. I hope some customers will value my efforts
