Bluddy $2108 error!

I have to fix this remotely before tommorrow

restoring backups piece by piece in the hope they don't have to reimput all of todays stuff! shit! I wish I was a real techie

It is a database error, and I am offsite over a partially networked computer via the satellite. It would be easier if I was there, and if I knew what I was doing. *sigh*

Essentially a program that allows the cash registers and the database computer to all talk to each other won't run.

Good to hear! When I checked out that page that I copied here, it turned out to be a link to paid software rather than the bug fix I thought it was! Companies are really getting tricky!

I'm sick and tired of the overuse of the word, DIVA. WTF makes them so important anyways? They've never cured any major illnesses, they still have to be screened at airports, and they still have to pay taxes like the rest of us.

DIVA is an explanation of the snotty way in which they are behaving. It is not a particularly complimentary word. (imho) It's mostly a status which one gets by BELIEVING that one has it and deserves it.
